Just an I love you gift for my boyfriend.. I sketched his face from a photo and then tapped the sketch to the back of a blank canvas. Grabbed the sewing machine and sewed over my sketch. I squirted water on the sketch paper to make it easier to rip off since it was sewed on. As I was ripping it off I decided I would give it some texture and left some of the paper on.

I dare say that the picture of the project doesn't do it justice!
Easy floral canvas craft.
Things you will need:
Old book
Stapler
Scissors
Thread
Needle
Canvas

I created flower templates in various sizes and shapes. I traced them on pages of the book then cut them all out. I arranged the flower pieces on top of each other  creating one flower. Stapled the cut outs together and rounded the edges in with my hands. Created more flowers and arranged them on the canvas, sewed them on, also sewed on a branch. Very simple and looks beautiful in my room! Let me know if you have any questions:)

Purchased ceramic bisque form a local Ceramic Studio painted it. Perfect Christmas gift. The green writing will burn off in the kiln and the piece itself will be glazed to make it shiny. I will post more pictures when I get the mug back along with pictures of the two other mugs I painted:)

Christmas is coming so I decided to make a few tie blankets for family and friends!
